New Student REQUIREMENTS 

• Fully complete the school registration packet and sign all necessary documents

Submit copies of:

1. birth certificate

2. passport of student

3. iqama of parents

4. medical form duly completed and signed by a medical practitioner

5. immunization and vaccination certificates

• Obtain and submit to the principal's office school records for the previous three years (including counseling and psychological records).

• Make tuition payments or company arrangements prior to admittance to class in accordance with Board Policy

• Comply with International Schools Group Board policies.

• New students may need testing by school counselor prior to admission, or within the first 20 days of school attendance.   Acceptance is conditional these first 20 days.

NOTE:

All Muslim students must have written approval from the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education prior to enrollment. Please contact “Muslim Approval” in the registrar’s office for further information.

Transfering students within ISG

Muslim students transferring from a member of the International Schools Group to another must obtain approval from the Ministry of Education.

For approval, they should submit:

1. completed Transfer Application form

2. a copy of the previous Ministry approval

3. a copy of the student's passport showing the Statistical Page

4. first entry Visa

5. Saudi Residence Visa.
